If your order arrives damaged, or if there is an issue with the product you received, please reach out to us at ellaraorganics@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We’ll review your message promptly and work with you to make it right — whether that means a replacement or another resolution.
