At ELLARA, we aim to make the delivery of your products seamless, reliable, and stress-free. All orders are shipped from the United States using USPS real-time calculated rates at checkout.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
During checkout, you may select:

Economy Shipping — Most cost-effective option, transit times vary by location

Express Shipping — Faster delivery for time-sensitive orders
Shipping rates and transit times are automatically calculated at checkout based on your address and chosen service.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally beyond Canada.
Orders placed from outside the U.S. or Canada will not be processed.
Processing Times
Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment.
We generally ship out orders in the morning on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Processing times may be extended during new product launches, promotions, or holidays.
Weather & Climate-Sensitive Products
Some products may be temperature-sensitive (melting or thickening due to natural butters and oils). We do our best to package thoughtfully, but ELLARA is not responsible for weather-related changes during transit.
