Morning and evening, use the included jade spoon or clean fingers to scoop out a pea-sized amount. Gently massage the crème directly into clean, slightly damp skin using slow, upward strokes across the face, neck, and décolletage. The texture is designed to melt effortlessly into the skin.

Is it normal to feel a slight warming sensation when I apply it?

A very gentle warming sensation is completely normal, some may experience it and some may not. Botanical Radiance contains several bioactive CO₂ extracts—such as ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, arnica, astragalus and ginseng—that naturally stimulate microcirculation. This subtle activation helps increase nutrient delivery to the skin and supports healthy blood flow, which can temporarily feel warm or tingly for the first few seconds.

This sensation usually fades quickly and is a sign that the botanical actives are beginning to work. If you experience anything stronger than a mild warmth, simply reduce the amount used or dilute with another product like our Golden Bloom Balm.

If it arrives firm:

This can happen in colder climates (below ~45°F). Allow the jar to warm back to room temperature and and it will return to a creamy texture.

Avoid heating to alter the texture; allow temperature changes to happen gradually and naturally.

If it arrives more fluid or oil-like:

This may occur in warmer temperatures (above ~90°F). Give the jar a gentle shake with the cap on, then place it in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to return it to a creamy state.
