Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For optimal freshness and potency, use within 6 months of opening. Because this formula contains natural botanical extracts and no synthetic stabilizers, separation over time is normal—simply shake before use.

Because this formula is made with pure botanicals and no synthetic stabilizers, its texture may naturally shift with temperature during transit.
If it arrives firm or difficult to pump:
This can happen in colder climates (below ~45°F). Allow the bottle to warm back to room temperature and gently shake to re-emulsify—once softened, the pump should function normally.
Avoid heating to alter the texture; allow temperature changes to happen gradually and naturally.
If it arrives more fluid or oil-like:
This may occur in warmer temperatures (above ~80°F). Give the bottle a gentle shake, then place it in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to return it to a creamy state.
